For the past few weeks I’ve been sharing who the recipients of The Most Loving People Of Our Time Award are.
Today, I’ll be sharing 3 additional loving people with the intention of honoring them and inviting you to get to know them a little more.
If you need a bit of background regarding the purpose of these awards, you’re welcome to read the last 4 posts, especially this post, where I explain what the criteria for this award is and what the asterisks beside their names represent.
But I can’t wait to share more about these three authors, they’re magical, intriguing and such light-workers! Let’s get started!
I’m participating in a Blog Link-up with Kris (With a K), from www.withakwriting.com, because she wants to hear about the role writing plays in our businesses.
She is giving a Writing Workshop for entrepreneurs and bloggers, starting May 25th, and she wants to give away a scholarship to one of the lovely bloggers who participate in this link up. You can participate and get a chance to win too.
Just copy and paste this piece of text into the introduction of your blog post answering the question, “How has writing been beneficial to your business, and what do you want to Craft with your Voice next?” Link back to this post, so any of your friends who are entering will be able to find it for more info.
Finally, go back to Kris’s blog on or after May 12th to add your link to the link-up party there, and you could win a scholarship to her new course: Craft Your Voice. She’ll be drawing a name on the 18th of May for a full scholarship to the 6 week writing course, so you can write and link-up your post any time before then.
“How has writing been beneficial to your business?”
More than being beneficial for my business, writing has been the reason for my existence.
Writing has been my friend all of my life.
Sometimes, it’s been the invisible friend only I can see. The one only I believe in.
Other times, it has been the therapist I’ve never had… the only one that understands what I feel when I tap into that deep, unquenchable desire to make a difference in the world— knowing that writing will be the medium through which I achieve it.
For the past couple of weeks I’ve been highlighting people who are extremely worthy of recognition.
They are the recipients of The Most Loving People Of Our Time Award.
Today, I’ll be sharing 3 additional loving people with the intention of honoring them and inviting you to get to know them a little more if you don’t know much about them already because they will undoubtedly inspire you with the work that they do, but most importantly, with the beautiful way they share their gifts with the world which are infused with so much love that it trickles down to their followers in great quantities. And as a result, this bounty of love inspires us to be more loving.
If you need further background as the the why behind these awards, read the 3 posts before, especially the previous post, where I explain what the criteria for this award is and what the asterisks beside their names represent.
So get comfortable and let me introduce you or re-introduce you to some of my favorite people.
That’s why, other than just mentioning the recipients of The Most Loving People of Our Time Award as I did in my prior post, I want to give you a taste of who they are and why I chose them.
Let me just say, however, that even my most loving opinion of them does not do them justice!
Just know that the inspiration that I have received from them is pale in comparison to how meaningful your exposure to them can be. I’m not sharing them with you because I love them. I’m sharing them with you because they can genuinely help you. So make an effort to learn more about them.
The world we live in often filled with lists, such as the New York Times Bestseller List, the Most Beautiful People List, the best list of such-and-such, the top 10 list of that-or-the-other, but there is one list that I’ve never seen and that’s The Most Loving People Of Our Time List (Who Once Lived Or Are Alive Now)
While many of today’s lists are focused on the most powerful, rich, talented, influential or beautiful people, as the name of this list implies, this one, is focused on love.
“Why love?” you may ask.
Simply put, love is our greatest legacy. Not our executive power, not money, not talent (although sometimes it is), and definitely not our beauty. Our influence can be our greatest legacy, especially when we focus on how we make others feel.
The following is a list of The Most Loving People Of Our Time.
It is not necessarily in the order of importance because all of the positive ways that love is manifested is important in its own way.
But I have to say that I AM biased and I believe that women are the most loving people not only of our time, but of all time. Especially mothers of children and mothers of projects that will positively impact the lives of others.
